    Skip user login when insert new ad?

    Hi guys!
    excuse me for my english very bad.
    I'd like to know if it's possible to let the users fill the ad form before asking there for login.
    If user is not registered, in my opinion is not good to ask him to register before see the form for ad.
    I hope you can understand me
