    Theme-Template.php ?

    Hi folks, i have upgraded to CP v3.3.3 and want to install / add this mod but i cant find the theme-template.php file

    can anyone point me in the right direction, i have purchase the limit author ads, but i can't get it to work even if i follow the instructions
