As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

FXtender Pro 1.4.1 BUG - issues with logo upload and Media Library
With the new release of FXtender Pro 1.4.1 I have tested it with JR 1.7

I found two (2) Bugs:

1. After the plugin is uploaded and activated it is not possible to upload a logo using JobRoller Settings page.

2. After the plugin is uploaded and activated it is not possible to upload any type of media into media library.

I have tested this scenario on a fresh install of JR 1.7 and fresh download of FxTender Pro 1.4.1
