As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Payments tab in Admin Dashboard is missing.
Hi there!

I recently noticed that the Payments tab in my Admin Dashboard was missing. Upon some testing I found out that it is caused by the FXTender Pro 1.4.0 plugin. When I deactivate it the Payments tab shows in the menu, then when I re-activate the plugin the payments tab is replaced by the FXTender tab.

I have noticed a couple of other threads saying that FXTender 1.4.1 has been released but my AppThemes updater is saying that all plugins are up to date.

Does anyone know what the issue is here?
