After install - Found there is a missing default.css file

I recently installed the Good Old Classipress 3.0 child theme

I am having performance issues as well as a missing default css file as detailed below.

    Installation:
    Classipress 4.1.3
With Good Old Classipress 3 Child theme 1.0

    Problem: 1)
    Not Found: https://njlocalinfo.com/wp-content/t...lt.css?ver=2.0

    Problem : 2)
Although I have installed the classipress 3.0 child theme successfully the wprd press dashboard always says there is a later version. I update it successfully to the "newer version" and its later continues to say there is a newer version of the child theme.

    Please advise.

    Thanks
