how to add a textbox and radio bottons on the same line in custom field

Hi , in the form i want to mention the length( textbox) in feet or in meter ( radio bottons), any help how to do that. So when user selected the length he should also select the unit next to it in order the ad would appear like Length 16 Ft Or Length 16 Meter.
