    Installed and got "fatal error" message

    I uploaded the theme as in the instructions and this is what I am seeing now when i go to look at the site: "Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_is_mobile() in /home/rtaiorel/public_html/wp-content/themes/classipress/includes/theme-enqueue.php on line 46"

    when i first installed wp, i got the normal wp default theme and no problems.

    also, unable to login to new site. still just showing the error message and won't show me the proper login screen.

    i have installed over 500 wp sites and have never had this happen.

    please advise a nd thank you
