link the value of 2 custom fields in classipress

Hello,

I'am working on a classipress website. In my country sometimes we have one postal code for several cities.

Is-il possible to link 2 custom fields: In that case if user enter a valid postal code in a first field which is an text box then the second field which is a drop down display severals cities corresponding to this postal code.
