Permalink Radio Button Changes

Hi,

I recently opened the settings page to the Permalink I had set when I began working on my website.
At that time I had selected the Custom Structure radio button, seen as: /%postname%/
As I observed the page I noticed that the radio button next to Custom Structure was no longer clicked, but the link above it (Post Name) was clicked.
I re-clicked te Custom Structure button, however; every time I saved this option, it reverted to the link above it (Post Name).

I checked all the other links on this page and systematically saved each of them to see if they defaulted to another link, however; they did not.
The only one that continues to default to a link I did not select, is the one I want to save…Custom Structures.

Can you help?
