Posting Videos in Ads with updated hosting

I am updating my hosting in order to be able to add videos to my classified website and would really like to have the users upload videos directly where they add images to the classified ad. I see that this is slightly controversial but with my users I really feel as this is the best option for my site and users. With my customer base almost none of them will be will to first upload to Youtube. Can anyone tell me a way I can do this?
