Problem with language.

I have install classipress and head child theme. Everything works great except when i am going to install a new langauge , sv_SE , i download the language pack, that jörgen made for 3.3.
I change this in wp_config.php > define( 'WPLANG', 'sv_SE' ); and makes 2 new folders under content , languages and themes and them put my classipress-sv_SE.mo into it.
Then when i reload the page, everything crashes. HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error)
I have not installed any plugins.
Pls help me, cant do much with this site now.
