Remove the drop down from "Ad Package:" since we only have one Package

We have only one ad package and won't be offering memberships. We'd therefore like to remove the drop down style/feature from the Post an Ad form's "Ad Package:" line. (see picture attached). Making it a drop down kind of suggests a mistake was made, e.g. there should be other options showing in the drop down, but there aren't. Is it possible to change that to display a simple text box when there is only 1 ad package activated? Or hide that whole line all together?
