Updating Multisite
I have probably read 50 post. Some say to do this and then it links to another post, then you get to that post and it says to PM Pepsi. You PM them and then you look at their profile and it says not to PM them. So, I am not frustrated at all lol. I just want to know what to do, where to find it so I can solve these two issues.
First issue is I have a wordpress multisite. I have version 3.1.4 on the multisite. I need instructions on how to update the new version. I am a novice so giving highly technical terms above the age of a 12 year old will do me no good. I am not smarter than a fifth grader for the record. I am sure it's fairly easy just a few words on where to do it and how to do it should answer many of the post that I have read.
Second, I have another website installed on a regular hosting account. The version is 3.0.4. The post I am reading state I need another file before I can use the current version download. Every post I have read said to PM Pepsi. Should I maybe try PM'ing Dr. Pepper instead?
I am not trying to be an a**....I am actually joking and again, not mad at all. I just hope someone reads this that is smarter than a fifth grader, because I am not and I need to solve these issues fairly fast please. Thanks a bunch for all the help...and don't all of you trip over each other answering this one...joking again
