Upgrading from Classipress 3.6.1 to the new version 4.x

Hello, will I have to re program my modifications and advertising widgets if I upgrade my site to 4.x? My Logo and Banner ads at the top for advertising? not sure where to start? would not want to destroy
my hard work as I did this pain stakingly myself. I have affiliate ads as well as google ad sense. Wonder about my top logo and banner ads location flexibility as there was not alot of leeway to manuever these on
my version. Sort of feels cramped, But works. I seem to recall I had to find the page in a editor and manipulate the code. Here is a link to the site.
