Thread: Not sure how the top nav menu works

Not sure how the top nav menu works

I am having a hard time understanding how the top nav menu works. The home link currently goes to a post I had on my site and not sure why it picked that one and how to change it. I also had about 50 posts on the site that I really do not want to lose. They seem to all be showing up under the Blog section automatically which is good.

How about the about page, contact, and home though, how do I tell it what page to use for these?
Also if I wanted to add another item to that main top menu, how would I go about doing that?
Is there an easy way to add a contact form to the contact page as well?
