Settings not updating in Clipper>settings
When I go to Clipper>Settings to change it to 'green' for example, the change isn't sticking and it reverts to the default. Logo isn't showing and no changes are staying.
Background: I am using a child theme but this also happened when I switched to the Clipper theme.
I had an error establishing a database connection today. I made a new database and changed config.php to use the new one. I was able to get back into the site but the Clipper settings weren't restored.
I restored a back up via the host but still can't get the settings to change.
