    Cannot apply to project - proposal not sent

    Is there a tutorial that explains how to apply to a project?

    I created a freelancer account and used it to apply for a project and I get the message shown in the screenshot below (proposal sent to "") that proposal is sent to an empty string, and the employer does not get it:
