    Serve Resources from a consistent url

    Hi. I did a speed test using GTMetrix. The report highlighted the following issue.

    The following resources have identical contents, but are served from different URLs. Serve these resources from a consistent URL to save 3 request(s) and 14.6KiB.

    https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/9...s=350&d=mm&r=g

    Can you help fix this?
