    Why should freelancers buy credits when they can submit their bid for free?

    Hi there,

    Can anyone please explain to me, why freelancers should spend the money to purchace a credit pack,
    While they can just use the clarificationboard and send their bid for free to a job owner?

    Why are we not able to have freelancers pay to submit a question true clarificationboard?
    (They could use the credit system for that.)
