Installation error

I am trying to install Job Roll. I uploaded the developer zip file and received the following error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ':' in /hermes/bosweb26b/b2500/nf.dtui/public_html/diversityofficermagazine.com/diversity/jobboard/wp-content/themes/jobroller/includes/theme-functions.php on line 897

I put a number of keywords into your forum, but was unsuccessful in finding a solution.

I have three zip files and uncertain about the two job roll files in terms of which should be uploaded first or only one is to be used.

Please be so kind as to provide guidance.
