    Jobroller password info

    Hi,

    I have someone asking me about security for my jobroller site. I know username and email info is accessible via the admin section. The question I have is passwords. I assume these are stored only in the SQL database. Are wordpress databases encrypted? As in can I tell such a person that all password information is stored in an encrypted database? First time I've ever fielded this question, but now I'm curious as to what that answer is.
