Jobsapp theme

Hi,
Have installed the theme Jobsapp into http://www.acharyaplacements.com/ after installation its showing like

Broken Themes

The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.

Name Description
Jobsapp The parent theme is missing. Please install the "jobroller" parent theme.

Please let me know how to fix this.
