Free Trial Listing Process
I'd like to make sure I have the correct setup, verify the processes and tasks it will create. We want to offer a free trial listing. We have a free listing option available for a duration of 3 months. It's set to non-recurring (not quite sure what this does). We have moderation on.
We would like things to be as automated as possible. The customer should receive an expiration notice and be able to logon and upgrade their listing. We should be able to see expired listings so we can contact them. We don't want them deleted automatically. We also don't want people to keep renewing their trial.
Do I have the correct settings? Can you explainn what happens when a listing expires?
