Help with Registration form

I'm using the Vantage theme. I was checking other people's sites who are using the Vantage theme and discovered they have a "registration form" which people must fill out before they list their site.
I checked my own pages in the admin. I have a Registration page which is completely blank. How do I make the registration form?
Currently, when a person registers at my website, they are taken to the wordpress registration page.
Thanks to anyone that can tell me how to get the registration page working correctly.
