    Two pieces that aren't same color as background

    For some reason, two strips of my site are not the same color as the rest of the background. I have been inspecting elements and not finding the solution in my css file. I'm sure I missed something small.

    One is obvious in the middle, the other is in the footer.

    JUst looking for some guidance here, Thanks!
