    Upgrading From WP 4.9.5 to 5.2.4

    Hi Guys,

    We are currently using the Vantage 3.0.9 theme, the Directory 3.4 child theme on WordPress 4.9.5 version. Is it safe to upgrade to Wordpress 5.2.4 while at the same time keeping our current version of Vantage and Directory; or will upgrading break our website? We are not too interested in the design structure of Vantage 4x; and therefore, have not upgraded to Directory 4x as well.

    What do you guys think?
