How to Use the AppThemes Support Forums

AppThemes uses these forums to provide you with help and support for our themes and Marketplace products.
Forum organization
The forums are separated into sections by theme. Each theme section has the following forums.
- Install & Setup - Get help setting up your AppThemes application theme.
- Questions & Troubleshooting - Having problems with your theme? Want to report a bug? Post that here.
- General Discussion - These are general discussion forums and not a place to post support requests.
- Mods & Tutorials - AppThemes does not support theme customizations. However, we provide the Mods & Tuts forums so users can share mods and tutorials with each other. Always create a child theme.
We also provide separate forums for help with AppThemes Marketplace plugins and child themes.
What to do if you have a problem with your theme
- We recommend that you search the forums first. Often, another person has had the same problem and a discussion is already underway.
- If you cannot find your problem after searching, start a thread
- A member of the support team will respond within 24 hours after the thread is created (weekends excepted)
- Please do not send support requests via PM
- If someone does not respond to your post within 24 hours, feel free to send a message to support@appthemes.com
Reporting Forum Problems
- If you are having difficulty posting in the forums or experience other forum problems, please send a message to support@appthemes.com
- If you believe a comment is inappropriate or believe a poster is being disrespectful, you can click the "Report Post" icon at the bottom of the comment
- If you believe a moderator is not providing appropriate support or communicating in an inappropriate manner, please send a message to support@appthemes.com
