3.1.6 upgrade and some probs

Hi, hope someone can help - not too technical so struggle with some of it.
I upgraded just now to 3.1.6 - problems I found (same with 3.1.50 >>

I cannot edit Ad Packs, allowed me to delete one but when I went back to add new/revised add pack when I pressed save all I got was empty page with no confirmation and the new ad pack was not added, and of course I lost the old one which would not permit me to edit anyway.

Featured ads - the slider still appears but it's empty - I checked that there are at least 5 sticky ads and their expiry dates are future but still empty www.chelmsfordclassifieds.co.uk

I deactivated plugins no difference, so i activated them again, no difference.

One incidental question - through the various upgrades over last year - the folders in ftp are such as classipressold, classipress_old - I never uploaded the 3.1.5 or 3.1.6 version files via ftp so there is no folder in ftp called Classipress as such - but the automatic upgrade worked in my admin panel. Does this matter in any way?
