Thread: Category url not working in 3.1.6

Category url not working in 3.1.6

After upgrading to 3.1.6 I see now that my categories doesn't working, url is broken

click any category it's Page not found.

I tried to disable plugins (using Yoast seo plugin) but still the same.

If I change permalinks to default, then they are working, but if I change to post name or custom /%postname%/ (it was like that in 3.1.5) then it's not working.

Any ideas what this might be and what should I do?
