Images in Description Now Showing in Thumbnails?

All the sudden, when I paste an image into the description field, they are also getting added to the top part of the ad as a thumbnail. That just started happening. If I add it to the description, I do not want it to show at the top where the visitor can scroll through it. Basically we are ONLY putting a company logo in as an image for the Featured image, and the rest are being embedded into the description.

Can anyone explain why this was not doing it before, but all the sudden every image added to the body are now showing in the top?
