I installed classipress-dev 3.2 - and then reinstalled 3.1.9 but now have problems

I installed classipress-dev 3.2 on my test server - to have a quick look- I then reinstalled 3.1.9 -

all of a sudden I have 3 new pages: password recovery/ password reset and register. I also noticed some of my ads widgets that I had set up eg. sponsored ads / fascebook like button had disappeared and had to be setup again.

Does this sound correct and is their any other surprises im going to get

I thought that installing new classipress themes does not change admin settings - and why if I reinstalled my old theme are these changes still there.
