Installed wordpress locally with wampserver

Hi.

I followed this tut http://wordpress.tv/2009/01/26/insta...th-wampserver/ which seems to have worked. However upon going into the themes section i can upload the classipress file but upon preview before activation it crashes giving this error.

Anyone know whats going on?.
