posts or being over written?? Help

Hello, I updated my theme and when I was doing testing and trying to post multiple items they seem to be over writing each other. Example I posted three items and when trying to post the fourth it will overwrite the third in the backend but keep the media from the third posts. Please help!!


How do I submit a ticket to have this issue fixed?
