Problems since upgrade to 3.1.5

Hi

I upgraded one of my ClassiPress sites yesterday to 3.1.5 I was a bit apprehensive due to the newer url structure with the /ads/ URL and the loss of spidered and good ranking URLs. However as I saw in another thread the plugin ClassiPress 301 Redirect would take care of this.

So I have gone ahead and done the upgrade the automatic script seemed to work well I only have around 275 published ads to this site. However once I refreshed my website http://www.sellmycaravan4free.co.uk I noticed several problems.

Problem 1 - The subcategories where the ads where listed that were on the homepage have gone.

Problem 2 - All the tags pages are not loading and instead say "Sorry, no posts could be found."

Problem 3 - When a visitor goes to list an AD all the subcategories where they could choose from before are not available.

Problem 4 - The home page only shows around 60 or so ads in the categories but in the admin in Ads all the 275 ads are showing.

Problem 5 - In the admin section when I go to AD categories it says page 1 of 6 but when I go to page 2 no categories are showing.

I upgraded from 3.0.4 I also upgraded a much smaller site http://www.sellmyhouse4free.co.uk/ which seems to have the exact same problems. I want to upgrade the rest of my sites buy I need to work out a solution for the above so that I do not have the same problem for my other sites. I have searched the forums for others that are having similar problems but have come up with no solutions.
