Registration form Bug Strenght Indicator

Hi,
I just found that there is 2 bugs on Registration form page.
1. The Validation error message text miss aligned .

2. The password checker "Strength Indicator" bar width is not auto resize on mobile phone "vertical view". It is too wide . How to reduce the width ? The code is saved in which file ? which folder ?
