    Remembering user when creating ads

During my testing mode I signed in as a new user and placed an ad..great no problem thus far.
When I tried to place a 2nd ad under the same user it asked me for my info again like address etc.
I would think this would turn off some one trying to post 3 or 4 ads and having to repeat this process in step 2 again and again.
Does the program have a way to remember the same user info when placing an ad..magic switch somewhere?

Also in the email sent for new ad submission see example below:
    Dear yomama,

The following ad listing has just been submitted on your XYZ Classifieds website.

    Ad Details
    -----------------
    Title: XYZ
    Category: GPS
    Author: yomama
    -----------------

    Regards,

    ClassiPress

How do I get rid of Classipress and place name of my clients company or signoff? I would assume it is in a php file somewhere.

    Thanks
