Show certain fields depending on previous selection? GMaps? Holla!

Hey all. Just 2 questions I got to throw out there.

1.
Is there a way to get (in the post ad page) the custom fields to show certain things depending on the previous selection?

For example if the user chooses "USA" for Country than only USA States show up in the next selection for "States"

But than if they selected "Canada" than only Canadian Provinces show up?

2.
Seeing that GMaps is already integrated into the system on the individual posts, is there a way that on the home page I can have a map with markers of every posters location on it?
