Something wrong with Website

Hi guys,

something is wrong with my website = the tab keeps crashing and recovering, and refreshing itself.
sometimes, i get this message: res://ieframe.dll/acr_error.htm#thepinkbush.com,htp://thepinkbush.com/dashboard/
(as an example)

i contacted my hostgator, and they said its something to do with the site, not cpanel or host.

I never had a problem with 3.0.5 - only in 3.1.3
Occurs often on IE, but not so in Firefox (or at least, it hasnt sprung a surprise at me)

Please help.
