Wordpress Registration : Clipper; Child theme - Flatter - Could not open socket error

Hi i've just downloaded the club pack and I am currently working on my Coupon site using your theme clipper and child theme Flatter.

I enabled reCAPTCHA through the theme and tried to register an account and at first I received the error: "Could not open socket" on a blank white page.

After reading some threads I found that other people were having the issue so i disabled recaptcha and tried again. But this time I got a different error. ERROR: Please enter the password twice.

If you check the screenshot you can see the form only has one password box so why am i getting this error? I have not updated or modified any theme files yet as I only uploaded it to the server yesterday.

Also back to recaptcha.. I have recaptcha on my other sites that are hosted on the same server so as for server configuration we can certainly rule that out. There must be a bug in the system or something.

This is a pretty major issue so if you can help me solve this as soon as possible i will be thankful.
