    Child Theme for JobRoller 1.6.3

    Would you please explain how to do a child theme for JobRoller 1.6.3 with new wrapper.php way. Please don't mention old ways or articles as I read it but I need simplest child theme with 1.6.3. My problem in my website is font is bigger, the total layout is looking bigger, the header is not showing at all and the footer links text line is wrapping.
