    Jobseeker dashboard job alerts

    With 100 or so categories of job, a Jobseeker's Job Alerts dashboard looks like the image below.
    Is there any way to at least just show the parent category so it doesn't look so ugly?

    The display seems to just list every category alphabetically rather than with an indented sub-category. Some kind of filter?
    The client insists on that many categories.
