    Problem when removing a plan

    I just ran a promotional plan for 3 days. After the 3 days, I removed the plan. This wiped out the jobs remaining my customers paid for. I reported this issue months ago and nothing has been done. Do you have a fix for this or can you please tell me what the proper procedure for offering promotional job plans and removing them at the end of the promotional period without effecting the jobs users have paid for.
