Cannot claim listing.

I set up a test business profile, and attempt to claim it. But any attempt to claim the business by logging in under an existing test user, or by registration, does not work. It runs through the order process, but then when the order is completed, it logs the user back out, and the business is still unclaimed. There is no pending claim for the admin to approve either.

Alternatively, logging in first still doesn't work. A logged in user that visits a business profile is automatically logged out. Then, any attempts to claim the listing are unsuccessful as mentioned above.

Setting the option to moderate the claiming or not makes no difference. Please help with a solution to this problem. Thanks.

PS: I reviewed all prior threads thoroughly, and while claiming listings is a common problem, the problems all varied from this and present no solutions that worked for me.
