Editing Uploaded PDF Title

I just created a demo listing in Vantage. I created the listing, and custom forms, including the ability to upload a PDF.

So I created the listing, then went to the front end and edited the listing. I saw how the PDF is displayed (would have been nice to show a PDF icon, by the way), and saw that I didn't like the title of the PDF. So I want to change it.

So when I go to edit the form on the front end, the custom form for the PDF upload appears then VANISHES after a few seconds. WTF! Since I cannot access the PDF or the PDF title from the back end (annoying) - now I cannot even edit it from the front end.

I would appreciate some help on this. It's a key feature of Vantage and would like to be able to edit PDF titles.
