    newly installed, listing gets 404 error

    I installed a separate version of WP in a sub directory of my site so I could link to a list of my favorite links... Vantage seemed like it might be a good fit. The default listing of AppThemes gave a 404, so I deleted the listing and created a new one for AppThemes. Lo and behold, it still gives a 404 when you click on it. This install and the user have their own database separate from my main site. What is going on?
