Error activating Vantage theme 4.0.1

Hello all,

I installed Wordpress version 4.7.4 and then the Vantage theme 4.0.1.

When I tried activate this theme, the administrator page disappears and the following error appears:

Fatal error: Declaration of APP_Post_Listing_Builder::create() must be compatible with that of APP_Listing_Builder::create() in /home/anunciom/public_html/wp-content/themes/appthemes-vantage/includes/core/class-post-listing-builder.php on line 17

I tried install the Vantage 4.0.1 package and also the Vantage-dev package. I tried the following ways:

By the Wordpress admin page (theme upload)
By the Cpanel
By Filezilla

But in all the attempts the same error occurred. For the admin page to go back to normal, I had to delete the theme folder.

I searched for the Wordpress version compatible with this theme on the site but I could not find it. Please, I ask for help from someone.
