    Hi jacoo

    To center the banner to go to wp-content/themes/classipress/style.css
    locate on line 136 padding: 12px 0 0 146px and change padding: 12px 0 0 450px

    It looks like a Polish site with a uk domain name.

    I would seriously read and take on board the the information found here:
    http://www.out-law.com/page-431
    http://www.out-law.com/page-424

    And act upon it sooner rather than later.

    A little example of what your site is missing.
    Company information that must be supplied under the E-Commerce Regulations

    The E-Commerce Regulations require that all commercial web sites make the following information directly and permanently available to consumers via the website:

    • the company's name, postal address (and registered office address if this is different) and email address;
    • the company's registration number;
    • any Trade or Professional Association memberships;
    • the company's VAT number.

    All of this applies regardlessof whether the site sells on-line. In addition, any commercial communication – that is any email or even SMS text message – used in providing an "Information Society Service" must display this information.
    The E-Commerce Regulations also require that all prices must be clear and unambiguous, and web sites must state whether the prices are inclusive of taxes and delivery costs.

    Just pull your browser smaller and bigger horizontally to see all the places your advert gets placed. Better to center it for every screen type.
