Two problems :(
First problem: I have the theme set for "Only Charge For Featured Ad", however, when you place an ad this option is never available. I have the price for Featured Ad set at 0.0 for testing.
Second issue: When you edit your ad and choose either Mark Sold, or Mark Pending, the update is never displayed on the main page. You have to log out and back in to see the update.
I'm running WordPress Version 3.6, Buddypress 1.8.1
