Stripe plugin not working. Not charging or creating customers
I purchased the Stripe plugin on June 26th 2015 for use on my site utilizing the Vantage theme with the Directory child theme. The plugin is installed correctly and my Stripe account is set up correctly. I always use stripe for my sites and this is the first plugin that has given me problems. I have activated the live mode in stripe and tried testing payments. I can get to the point of hitting the submit button for payment, but then the payment area simply disappears and nothing happens. No payments or customers information received at stripe and no processing of a listing on the website. When I go into the profile that added the listing, the listing shows up but has a link that says it still needs to be paid for.
What is the problem? Shouldn't this work out of the box?
