If it is a new installation, it's possible that the theme wasn't correctly activated, in which case you should try executing the theme installation process once more. To achieve this, first temporarily disable all plugins, then use the following URL to launch the activation script:
Replace "yoursite" with your site. Then hit enter.
Make sure you are logged in as admin.
Once initialized, proceed to the WP
Admin>>Jobroller>>Setup Guide and run setup accordingly including the sample content.
